In this introductory level online course, we will show how you can improve your wildlife detection using thermal imaging.

This six week online course is designed for wildlife enthusiasts and professionals who want to see or hear more of wildlife. This is an online course comprising 6 sessions and includes a high level of student and teacher engagement as well as dynamic exercises and lots of useful resources. It is delivered in line with the Thermal Imaging: Bat Survey Guidelines.

Prior knowledge: No prior knowledge or experience of Thermal Imaging is required. It is assumed that participants will have a basic knowledge of bat ecology and will have attended Bat Ecology and Conservation or equivalent for other wildlife species.

CPD: A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded that can be used as evidence for CPD.
