There is also an Out of Hours Helpline which is run by volunteers between May - September and is for emergency calls only:

Bats are great at connecting people with nature and helping them understand the environment. BCT has developed a variety of resources for children and young people who would like to try some bat-related activities as well as for teachers, voluntary groups, community leaders or anyone who wants to inspire people about bats.
