Important membership fee information
On 1st November 2024, our membership fees will be increasing. Join as a new BCT member by 10pm on 31st October 2024 to make the most of our lower fees. You must select the option of donating with a one-off card payment when signing up to benefit from the lower fees. Due to technical limitations, any memberships set up with a direct debit instruction will be subject to our higher fees. Please feel free to email members@bats.org.uk if you have any questions. To get a new membership:
Four of the 11 mammal species native to Britain classified as being at imminent risk of extinction are bats and two more are classified as Near Threatened. While latest data from the Bat Conservation Trust’s long-standing citizen science project show that populations of the 11 species of bat surveyed appear to be stable or increasing, we know there is still a long way to go before these species recover from huge historical declines.
So, become a member today and support our work to help bats! Your donations allow us to educate people about bats and their environment, discover more about bats, take action to protect them along with enabling more people to get involved in bat conservation.

Getting a membership as a gift?
Please email us on members@bats.org.uk on the same day that you sign up for a membership confirming the recipient of the membership and to which address the welcome pack should be sent to.
