There is also an Out of Hours Helpline which is run by volunteers between May - September and is for emergency calls only:

BCT’s Welsh language scheme was approved by the Board of Trustees. In the conduct of its business in Wales, BCT will treat the Welsh and English languages on a basis of equality as far as it is reasonable and practicable to do so.
We are not currently able to provide up to date leaflets in Welsh however you can find some teaching resources, including downloadable information posters, in Welsh here.
