If you find a bat in your home, or during building works, please first see the Natural Resources Wales webpage if you require assistance. You can also find information on what to do from our website: Help! I've found a bat.
If you require bat care assistance, you can see if your nearest bat groups have a bat care contact or alternatively please contact the National Bat Helpline by email at enquiries@bats.org.uk or for urgent matters call 0345 1300 228.
