Bat Groups can enter into a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with BCT. There are two types of MOA: a Partner Agreement and a Network Agreement. The same Partner Agreement applies to all Partner Groups, and the same Network Agreement applies to all Network Groups. If you have a complaint, it is always best to speak to the BCT employee concerned in the first instance. Our staff will welcome the opportunity to discuss, and work towards resolving, any concerns you may have. However, the response does not satisfy the group, please see our complaints procedure in Appendix 1 for details of how to proceed.
