Communities and volunteering

At the heart of Connecting People and Landscapes is the belief that local communities are powerful agents for change. From wildlife enthusiasts to first-time volunteers, we are building a vibrant and inclusive network of people committed to restoring nature and reconnecting with the landscapes around them.

We have been supporting underserved communities though co-designed events, on farm activities and wellbeing focused sessions.

Volunteering Opportunities
We support volunteers of all ages and experience levels with practical opportunities to take action for nature. These include:

  • Biodiversity surveys on farms
  • Conservation task days
  • Online and in-person training sessions
  • Nature walks and farm visits
  • Data management and outreach roles

Whether you're interested in hands-on habitat monitoring or prefer to support from behind the scenes, we offer flexible roles tailored to your skills, interests, and availability.

Please contact [email protected] to get involved or visit the Trust's events pages to find out what's on.
