Based on the data received for 2023, over 271 volunteers carried out the Waterway Survey at 341 sites. This survey involves walking along the edge of a river or canal and stopping at regular intervals to count Daubenton's bats.
Daubenton's bats were recorded at 285 sites (83.6% of sites surveyed)
