You can therefore expect a response to take anywhere between 1 – 10 working days, depending on the urgency of your case.
We do our very best to meet these targets but unfortunately for us, bats can be unpredictable, and we occasionally experience sudden increases in demand. There may be additional delays during the busy summer months.
