Follow our advice on rescuing the bat, then find out who else you can contact. Please do not email us about grounded or injured bats.

We have a voicemail service for certain enquiry types, which means you can leave us a message and we will endeavour to return your call. Please tell us your name, number, and a short summary of the advice you require. It helps to also leave your postcode and email address.
If our phone line does not lead you to a staff member or voicemail service for your enquiry, it means we are not the team you need to speak to. Listen carefully to the instructions provided on the phone line for the best advice.

As a small and busy team, we must prioritise our enquiries, but we do have target response times that we work toward.
