A complaint is a formal claim that Bat Conservation Trust (BCT) has failed to meet an organisational commitment as set out in the BCT Memorandum or Articles, Annual Trustees’ Report and Accounts, a relevant code of practice, law or regulation. A complaint will be investigated, formally responded to, and a record kept.
