2022

Annual General Meetings (AGM)

This year, BCT’s AGM will be taking place in person, at the National Bat Conference on Saturday 24th of September 2022. The National Bat Conference will take place from Friday 23rd – Sunday 25th September 2022, at Yarnfield Park Conference Centre near Stafford. We are discussing the possibility of running the AGM as a hybrid event so members can join digitally too. If you would like to be sent further information about the AGM please register here.

Even if you cannot make the meeting itself you can still vote on resolutions. In our ongoing efforts to reduce the amount of paper (and hence our environmental impact) we will make the agenda, as well this year’s annual report, draft accounts and review available online (on this page) from the 12th August 2022.

If you wish to propose a motion for consideration at the AGM please note this needs to be submitted in writing by at least two members and BCT needs to receive it by the 12th August 2022. This can be sent via email to Andreia at members@bats.org.uk or via post to:

Bat Conservation Trust
Studio 15 Cloisters House
Cloisters Business Centre
8 Battersea Park Road
London
SW8 4BG

If you would prefer to receive the AGM material by post please email Andreia on members@bats.org.uk or call 020 7820 7181. If you cannot attend the AGM but wish to vote you will need download the proxy vote (you can find it in the AGM Agenda 2022 when this is available) or contact us. For any questions or further information please email members@bats.org.uk.
