BBC Wildlife Fund

The Bat Conservation Trust (BCT) is working in partnership with the BBC Wildlife Fund to support their brand new WILD appeal season. This fantastic new campaign aims to raise awareness and funds to help threatened wildlife and habitats - including bats.

Through our partnership any money raised by BCT supporters will be divided, with half of the donations going to the BBC Wildlife Fund and half going directly to BCT.

The money raised will help BCT conserve bats and the BBC WF to support threatened species and habitats! The BBC WF have put together a fundraising pack with all sorts of fun ideas for raising money. If you would like a fundraising pack please contact Michelle Beckett.

The BBC Wildlife Fund are holding a Wild Night In on Sunday 20 June (BBC2, 8-10pm) to celebrate their Wild campaign with lots of fun events going on around the country. This will be a great night to invite all your friends round to watch the show and have a batty bbq, serving flying burgers, guano sausages and bat beer.

Don't forget you can fundraise through the whole summer. Check out www.bats.org.uk/fundraise for some more batty fundraising ideas.

This is a great opportunity to have fun with fundraising and do your bit for bats!
