30th October 2023

Congratulations to our Crime Project Officer Mark Goulding on his WWF Partner of the Year award!

Mark received his award at the UK Wildlife & Rural Crime Conference 2023. At the conference law enforcers, statutory agencies and NGOs meet to discuss approaches, successes and challenges of combating wildlife crime in the UK.

WWF (World Wildlife Fund) sponsor awards at this event for work that deserves national recognition. The WWF nominee in general has achieved over and above what is expected of them in their day-to-day work.

WWF Partner of the Year award

Partner of the Year - Mark’s award - is given to an individual or organisation who has made the greatest contribution to the objectives of the Partnership for Action against Wildlife Crime (PAW) in the preceding year.

PAW is a collaboration of organisations who work together to reduce wildlife crime. They do this through prevention and awareness-raising, better regulation, and effective and targeted enforcement.
