If you would like to get in touch with the Bat Conservation Trust, please contact us using one of the following methods.

Bat Helpline 0345 1300 228 (charged at local call rate)

9:30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays for general queries and emergencies. Until 10:30pm including weekends and bank holidays between May and September for emergencies only.

If you have a bat emergency out of these hours and during winter see our first steps guidnace and links to some  local bat care groups   And please read the  advice on how to contain and provide basic care for the bat here - until a carer can be reached.
