About our 'Online Bat Care Training':
You want to get involved in the frontline of bat protection by becoming a bat carer. Being a bat carer is incredibly rewarding but it can also be stressful, especially if you don't have a support network.
That's why we have partnered with expert bat carer Maggie Brown (West Yorkshire Bat Hospital) who has developed a fantastic bat course designed to provide new and aspiring bat carers with a bat care toolkit covering how to rescue and treat injured bats, the equipment you'll need, and how to release rehabilitated bats. We will also provide you with valuable opportunities to connect with your fellow course-mates and build a support network so that you can become a confident bat carer.
This online course will provide you with introduction to bat care for anyone interested in bat rehabilitation (find out more about what is involved with bat rehabilitation here).
