Linear transport infrastructure includes linear features such as roads, railways, canals, rivers and power lines. These can sometimes fragment habitat and are therefore important to consider when assessing the impact these features have on surrounding wildlife.

BCT held a very successful symposium on Wildlife and Transport Infrastructure in London on 24th March 2015. The event brought together 131 professionals from a range of sectors to share knowledge and experience.
