Bat Walk at the House of the Binns

Bats emit ultrasonic sounds that our human ears can’t however when using bat detectors we can hear their chirps which often sound like smacks and clicks! Using different frequencies, we’ll attempt to identify which bat species are present and you can learn some fascinating bat facts along the way. The walk is led by NTS rangers in the grounds of House of the Binns.
