Whiskered bat
Whiskered bats were found at 3 site and whiskered/Brandt's bats were found at a further 51 sites during winter 07/08. Therefore whiskered bats were present at between 0.9% and 15.9% of sites surveyed. The distribution of sites surveyed and where whiskered bats and whiskered/Brandt's bats were recorded is shown below (NB each 10km spot may contain more than one site).
