Roost Count summary results

Every summer hundreds of volunteers take part in the National Bat Monitoring Programme's Roost Count Survey to help monitor bat maternity roosts across the UK. Counts are carried out over two evenings in June or July, depending on the species, and involves counting bats as they emerge from their roost.
