Hibernation Survey Results 2009

During the winter, licensed bat workers monitor hibernation sites around the UK and many of them kindly share their findings with the National Bat Monitoring Programme so that we can include the data in the species population trends we produce. In 2009 we received bat counts from 65 volunteers, at 327 sites. The species distributions can be seen by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page.
