The Bat Conservation Trust runs the National Bat Helpline, providing information to anyone needing advice on issues relating to bats.
The helpline receives almost 10,000 enquiries each year, from a diverse range of people from building and planning professionals to householders and teachers. Thousands of bats and their roosts are conserved each year through the National Bat Helpline, and the many members of the public who seek advice on how to help bats.

From October-April (non-peak season): Monday-Friday: 9am-5.30pm
