Greater horseshoe Colony Counts 2008
In 2008 9 volunteers did counts at 11 known greater horseshoe roosts. 10 of these sites had greater horseshoe bats present this year.
The distribution of sites surveyed and greater horseshoe bats recorded is shown below (NB each 10km spot may contain more than one survey site; where greater horseshoe is recorded as "not present" it does not necessarily imply that this species is absent from the 10km square).
