The Bat Conservation Trust provides some further training and educational events through its Count Bat project. This is a project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, Natural England and City Bridge Trust, which aims to broaden the spectrum of people involved in bat conservation, and as a result, many of its training events are targeted at specific audiences. There may, however, be occasional opportunities for individuals to attend local Count Bat training and events, especially if they are keen to become involved in the community side of bat conservation. For information on Count Bat training and events see the Count Bat events listings. Booking is essential.
