Minister praises bat conservation volunteers
Minister for Natural Environment and Fisheries, Richard Benyon has praised the the Bat Conservation Trust's National Bat Monitoring Programme. After being presented with our report State of UK's Bats which summarises the populations trends of 11 British bat species. Benyon said he "was very interested to read this report" adding "Thanks to the volunteers who have worked so hard on the monitoring of bat populations."
