Repeat Sites
Repeat sites are valuable as they give us more robust long-term data. Wherever possible we will try to assign these as a priority.
Your map will show the route previously taken around the site and the previous surveyor’s spot descriptions to help you to find your way around the route and locate the stopping points.
Any known land owner’s details will also be passed on.
You will also receive a blank map on which to draw your own route, in case you need to modify it. It is important however, that you try to follow a repeat site route as closely as possible.
NB: If you have received a repeat site to survey you will not need to find a map and you can now skip to the tutorial section on Land Owner’s Permission.
