Whether you are a bat-beginner or an expert you are sure to find an event for you in the listing below. Year round the Bat Conservation Trust, local bat groups as well as conservation and community organisations arrange bat events across the UK from training courses to bat walks for families.

A brief talk on the Nethan Gorge and Craignethan castle, it's bats, their behaviour

Bat and Moth Night
Come along to discover bats, moths and other nocturnal creatures. We will be using moth traps and bat detectors to help catch moths and identify bats. Please bring a torch as this event will continue after dark.

An evening searching for some of the animals which are active in the night at Jupiter. We will head off with bat detectors to look for these fascinating flying mammals and there will also be the chance to look at moths caught in our trap. There may be other creatures out there too; from foxes to owls.
