European Bat Weekend
European Bat Weekend is a celebration of bats held by the Bat Conservation Trust in August each year, to coincide with European Bat Night which is organised by Eurobats. It encourages thousands of people across the country to see and hear bats in their natural environment by taking part in a range of events organised by local bat groups, wildlife trusts , countryside rangers and other organisations across the country.
EBW 2009 will take place on 29th-30th August
